Keep in mind, Vegan restaurants are growing at a rapid pace. I’m fighting to keep up! (That’s a good thing!)

J. Selby’sTotally vegan restaurant! Yummy comfort food. Healthy choices mixed with fun food that will keep you coming back for more! Clean, bright place with friendly staff. No need to tip, they pay their employees well. The desserts are fab!

Truce Juice– All vegan, organic & raw.  Healthy deliciousness! Try their Acai Bowls, you won’t regret it!  Everything is so bright & beautiful, from their super fresh food to their wonderful staff!

Vibe Organic Juice Bar– Vegan, organic & delicious! It’s nice to have a vegan place to stop in St. Louis Park. Clean, bright place & very helpful staff.  A great place for breakfast, lunch or light dinner. Check out their menu, so many healthy options!

Eureka Compass Vegan Food– (Vegan Bodega in St. Paul) Vegan, organic. I have tried their fantastic scones, croissant & other creations!  You can see photos as you follow them on Facebook.

The Herbivorous Butcher– Very vegan & don’t let the word “butcher” scare ya! If you want vegan meats & cheeses that taste incredible, you can’t miss this place! They have become quite famous because they are terrific! They have started an animal sanctuary as well!

Totally Baked Donuts– Vegan & gluten free, these donuts are the bomb! I just love them! Follow the baking fairy on Facebook for her next whereabouts. She does not disappoint!

Innate Foods – Ethical Pop Up Eatery– Vegan, gluten free, organic! Try a pop up shop sometime. I really liked the sprouted grain brownies & blondies, yum!

Vegan East Bakery– Vegan baked goods, 2 locations & I’ve tried their cupcakes! So good!

Root to Rise–  Vegan, mostly organic, made from scratch, from food fusion & favorites around the world!

So Good So You– Vegan & full of juice & coffee. Looks like lunch might hit their menu soon. I haven’t graced their doorstep yet!

Reverie Mobile Kitchen- We said goodbye to their bricks & mortar location, but you’ll see their food truck around town!

Trio Plant Based Restaurant– Sweet location & comfort food with a Southern kick, including a soul food menu! I liked their chick-pea lettuce wrap & peach cobbler dessert!

Seed Cafe- In Uptown Minneapolis. Great, healthy food. Fun environment for kids too!

Evan’s Organic Eatery– Organic & vegan they also do catering!
